Crew Leadership provides consultation, coaching and training to organizations seeking to enhance teamwork and productivity. We have helped organizations large and small, private, public and non-profit achieve business objectives through enhanced leadership and teamwork.

David Sarju

David brings over 17 years' experience in transforming work teams and organizations. David spent six years as a human resources manager in the research industry before beginning his own practice in 1996. He has written for the Puget Sound Business Journal and University of Washington Consulting Alliance, and has presented at numerous industry conferences.

Equipped with a BA in biology, David previously worked as a research scientist examining less complex life forms before turning his focus to human interactions.

In his other life, David enjoys being a parent and husband, and advocating for youth.
